1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies when you visit a Testanix website, create or use an account, join a class, complete an assessment, participate in an interview, request support, or submit a Classroom, Talent or Build inquiry. An institution or employer may separately control information it places in Testanix; in that case, its own privacy notice also applies.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account and identity details, contact information, organization and role information, course or assessment responses, attendance and activity records, interview information, uploaded files, support messages, transaction records, device and browser information, security logs, and the content of forms you submit. Monitoring features may record disclosed events such as focus changes, tab changes, device connection status or other integrity signals.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate classes and assessments, deliver reports, respond to inquiries, administer subscriptions or projects, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve accessibility and performance, comply with law, and communicate service-related information.

4. Assessment and hiring decisions

Scores, activity records and integrity events provide evidence for authorized teachers, institutions or hiring teams. Testanix does not treat one signal as proof and does not make a final employment decision for an organization. Organizations remain responsible for fair notice, lawful use, human review and their decisions.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with the organization administering your activity, authorized users, infrastructure and communication providers working for Testanix, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

6. Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, organization-scoped permissions, secure sessions, validation, logging and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal duties, resolve disputes and maintain security, then delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you, subject to identity verification and any legal, security, assessment-integrity or contractual retention requirement. Where an institution or employer controls the record, we may direct the request to that organization. Email contact@testanix.com.

8. Children and learners

Institutions and guardians must ensure that use by children is authorized and accompanied by any notice or consent required for the learner’s age and circumstances. Testanix should not be used to collect unnecessary sensitive information from children.

9. Cookies and international processing

We use essential cookies and similar storage for login, security, preferences and service operation. Details are in our Cookie Policy. Providers may process data from locations outside Bangladesh subject to appropriate contractual and security measures.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
