Use the service lawfully

Do not use Testanix to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, confidentiality, contractual duties or the rights and safety of another person.

Protect people and decisions

Do not secretly monitor users, collect unnecessary sensitive information, harass or discriminate, manipulate scores, impersonate a candidate or learner, or use a single automated or integrity signal as conclusive proof.

Protect systems

Do not probe or bypass security, introduce malware, scrape without authorization, overload infrastructure, access another tenant’s data, share credentials improperly, reverse engineer where prohibited, or interfere with classes, assessments, interviews or administration.

Content standards

Do not upload illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative or infringing content. You must have permission to submit personal information, assessment material, files, logos and other content.

Enforcement and reporting

Testanix may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, limit features or suspend access in proportion to a suspected violation. Where appropriate, we will notify the account owner and allow clarification or appeal. Report misuse or security concerns to contact@testanix.com.
