Phone recording files when required for proctoring. These phone recordings capture the device screen area, keyboard interactions, and the back side of the device/screen as visible to the phone camera. We do not intentionally record or store facial images, facial biometric data, or other sensitive facial information.
Webcam usage during exams is limited to automatic monitoring for exam integrity (for example: detecting presence, major environment changes, or clear violations). Webcam captures are used only for automated checks and are not used to build facial profiles or biometric records.
